01. Who is responsible
NaBek Executive OS is a private personal project documented by Platform House. For privacy inquiries, contact bekhenllc@gmail.com.
02. Information that may be processed
Depending on features and authorized connections, the system may process project and task descriptions, contextual notes, decisions, activity history, and information supplied through connected services. Hosting providers may process request metadata such as IP addresses, device information and timestamps.
03. Purposes
Data supports context continuity, project coordination, user-requested actions, troubleshooting, security, and inquiry responses.
04. Providers and integrations
Supabase provides operational database infrastructure and Vercel serves these pages. AI processing and authorized connected services may involve additional providers with their own privacy terms and practices.
05. Sharing
Private operational records are not intentionally made public on these portfolio pages. Providers may process information necessary to operate authorized features, and disclosure may occur where required by law.
06. Retention and deletion
Records may persist to support continuity. Exact retention periods vary by component, provider, and backup configuration and are not guaranteed here. You can request access, correction or deletion subject to technical and legal limitations.
07. Security
Access controls and structured records are part of the design, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or access tokens by ordinary email.
08. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable data transfer arrangements.
09. Your rights and choices
Rights may vary with applicable law. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices.
10. Policy changes
As features and integrations evolve, this notice may be revised. The effective date identifies this version.
